Reenalyn worked as a Pit Supervisor Resorts World Manila Philippines · Ensuring gaming security completing all gaming tables administrative functions.· Delivered exceptional guest relations by welcoming visitors warmly and offering immediate assistance· Met coverage demands with successful staff scheduling and table management. 

Before the Resorts World in The Philippines...

Reenalyn also worked At Genting Highland Resort  in Malaysia, and she have had;· Managed currency exchange, transferring funds from paper currency to chips.· Served customers by going above and beyond to offer exceptional support for all needs.· Work effectively with a diverse team to accomplish daily objectives and meet long term goals.  

And preliminary to the Resorts World in PI

Reenalyn also experienced to work in one of prestige's' company back in the Philippines as a Drawing Controller, at Fujitsu Die-Tech Corporation of the Philippines. Below are a few of many operation she has undertake.· Prepare materials for efficient assembly of complete products by effectively working with components such as office supplies, tools, and equipment.· Manage files and continuously updated and organized records.

Passed CAIB2 Exam, on Path to a Level 2 Licensing

Management Experience

Extensive work in Epic Applied Database, Insurance Policies,  Renewals policy process, endorsement and cancellation. Develop and amends procedures and workflows. Train, and support a team of 24. Monitor and distribute staff workloads, maintain timeline. Addressed improvements for employees, data and documentation management, maintain productivity and accuracy.
