Once you’ve applied for a position, Temp-Z-tation will send you a confirmation email when the application process closes to recognize receipt of your application. Your resume should provide enough detail to easily identify if your skills match the job requirements. We use behavioral based interview questions during our recruitment processes. We look for past examples that demonstrate your ability to meet the requirements of the role in behavioral terms. This helps us to determine both your 'fit‘ for the role and your ability to do the job. We use a variety of other selection tools to assess your ability to carry out all of the role requirements. Selection tools may include psychometric assessments, reference checks, fitness for work assessments, workplace assessments, qualification searches and background checks.
