The use of this website is subject to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions contain important information, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This website is operated by Temp-Z-tation www.tempztation.com.au - ABN: 492 900 659 96.  Temp-Z-tation's website and any related services are available to you, provided that you can form legally binding agreements under applicable law. 

All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on this website are the exclusive property of 

Temp-Z-tation and their respective owners. Please acknowledge that Temp-Z-tation may retain copies of your Submitted Materials and disclose your Submitted Materials to a third party if Temp-Z-tation believes that it is necessary to: (i) protect the integrity of the Site; (ii) protect rights of Temp-Z-tation; (iii) comply with any legal proceedings; (v) assert Temp-Z-tation's claim under this Notice; and (iv) satisfy any claims regarding violations of third party's rights.

The General interdiction  

In connection with your Use, you agree NOT to:

• violate any local, state, provincial, and federal rules, regulations and statutes, including, but not limited to, Australian laws and regulations, anti-discrimination, or equal opportunity employment laws;
• infringe any intellectual property and privacy rights, including, but not limited to, patent, copyright, trademark, or trade secrets, of any third party;
• upload, post, transmit, or store any material that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading,  harmful, threatening, harassing, obscene, or objectionable;
• breaches any of your contractual or confidentiality obligations;
• disrupts or interferes with the normal operations of the Site, such as posting or transmitting viruses, continuous posting of repetitive materials, or posting abnormally large load; or are not permitted by Temp-Z-tation, including, but not limited to, any unauthorized advertising materials, unsolicited promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam mail," "chain letters," pyramid schemes, franchises, distributorship, club membership, sales arrangement, or otherwise unacceptable materials;
• violate other's privacy rights or personal rights by abusing the Materials, including, but not limited to, harassing or "stalking" another person, sending unsolicited e-mails, and collecting other's personal information;
• breach or attempt to breach any security measures of the Site;
• use any device, process, or mechanism to monitor, retrieve, search, or access, e.g., spider or robot, the Site or any Material without Temp-Z-tation 's prior written consent;
• access or attempt to access any account or login of any third party listed on the website;
• except as expressly permitted herein and except to the extent that applicable laws prevent Temp-Z-tation  restraining you from doing so, copy, modify, reproduce,  delete, distribute, download, store, transmit, sell, re-sell, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any Materials, except for materials that have been submitted and owned by you;
• post or submit any inaccurate, false, or incomplete information, such as your resume, biographical data, or employment information;
• impersonate any person or entity;
• forge any header information in any electronic posting or mail; or
• misrepresent yourself, your affiliation with any third party, or your entity.

The Privacy

Temp-Z-tation will collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for the purposes of providing you information, accepting your application and assessing your eligibility and suitability for each temp/job position applied. The personal and/or sensitive information that you or your authorized representative (i.e. a third party) provide to Temp-Z-tation is confidential within certain legislative limitations. For example, your personal information may be disclosed to the Temp-Z-tation and authorized agents involved  in the Businesses/Companies recruiting process, the Australian Federal Police, or any person with a lawful entitlement to obtain the information. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, the Australian Privacy Principles APPs and Temp-Z-tation's Privacy Statement, and it is important that you are aware of your privacy rights. The Security

Temp-Z-tation will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information against misuse, loss and unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure. Some parts on this website use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for securing potentially sensitive or personal information. While Temp-Z-tation  strives to protect users' personal information and privacy, it cannot guarantee the security of any information that you disclose online and you disclose that information at your own risk. 

The Employment 

You understand and agree that Temp-Z-tation   (a) does not warrant that you will receive any employment or job offers through the Site; (b) shall not be responsible for any employment offers, employment screenings, employment decisions, and actual employment presented by third parties; (c) does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, validity, or timeliness of information listed by any third parties; (d) shall not be responsible for any materials posted by third parties, including, but not limited to, job openings and employment listings; and (e) is neither your employer nor your agent in any regard. You shall use your own judgment, caution, and common sense in evaluating any prospective employers and any information provided by any third party.

The Third party websites

Temp-Z-tation is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of linked websites and those sites are not covered by this Privacy Statement. Third party websites may send their own cookies to users and use other tracking devices, collect data or solicit personal information. The website may have links, such as hyperlinks or buttons, directing access to third party's web sites. The Linked Sites may not be controlled or monitored by Temp-Z-tation. Temp-Z-tation shall not be responsible for any materials, information, or content posted on the Linked Sites. The inclusion of the Linked Sites on the Site does not imply any relationship or association between Temp-Z-tation and the owner of the Linked Sites or any endorsement or sponsorship by Temp-Z-tation of the Linked Sites. Temp-Z-tation includes the Linked Sites solely for your convenience. You are solely responsible for your access of the Linked Sites. The Clients, Employer and Us

By using the services of Temp-Z-tation you are entering into a contract with us and agreeing to the following terms and conditions. “We,” “us,” and “our” means Temp-Z-tation, “you,” “the client,” “the customer,” and “your” means the person who requested our services and enters into this contract.

The Contract

The agreed-upon final estimate represents a written contract for the actual work to be completed at a price quoted. Any changes requested verbally are not covered by the agreement unless they are written into the contract. will not enter into any dialogue, accept any requests, or communicate with anyone other than the client without express permission in writing. Agreeing to the quote electronically or any other means signifies a full acceptance and commitment to these terms and conditions.

The Scope of Work

Every quotation represents the requests by the client. We will not be held liable for any task not included in the written quote.

The Cancellation

The client agrees to notify Temp-Z-tation in writing or by email at least 48 hours before the project start date if they must cancel. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the project start date, Temp-Z-tation will charge a  cancellation fee, plus the costs of any hours done and purchased for your project.

The Payment

Temp-Z-tation, charged 10% late payment fee. Temp-Z-tation will add  the 10% for the outstanding  Invoice/account. 

Your invoice will be send to you within the day or week the service are carried out, Invoices must be paid with the stated due date of payment. Temp-Z-tation, will automatically charge a 10%  if invoices are not paid on time.

The Unpaid Accounts

Upon the failure of the client to pay within a reasonable amount of time; we will employ the services of a debt collection agency. The client accepts that they must incur any costs in connection with the recovery of an unpaid bill. Once the debt passes to the debt collection agency, we cannot reverse the process or any associated fees.
